Our Father, Andy, use to say to us growing up that "Character is what you do
when people aren't looking". Those are more than just words or a cute cliché, but a solid way of living your life and operating a business.
If you can perform your best at what you do at a fair price, people will continue to call and request
your services.
We firmly stand behind our workmanship and decisions and if we're wrong, we'll do our best to make it
right.
Warranties
All of our warranties and that of our manufactures will be written clearly so there
are no questions to the coverage of each product or service.
We will not discriminate due to race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability or politics. As
a business we only see green. If you intend on paying us for our services, we will perform our work in a professional
manner.
However, we do reserve the right NOT to do service for someone or fire a customer if deemed necessary. We
will not tolerate unnecessary meanness on the other end of the telephone.
